At 413 Racing, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Returns and Refunds Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for products purchased through our website.

2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
·the item was delivered damaged or defective;
·the wrong item was supplied;
·the item is unused and in its original condition, where return is otherwise permitted;
·the request is made within 4 to 5 days of delivery.
To be eligible for return, items must generally be:
·unused and unworn;
·in original packaging;
·returned with tags, manuals, accessories, and proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items
We may refuse returns for:
·used, worn, fitted, or damaged items not caused by us;
·items not in original condition or packaging;
·special-order or custom-order items, unless defective;
·items excluded for hygiene or safety reasons;
·products damaged through misuse, negligence, improper fitting, or unauthorised modification.

4. Incorrect or Damaged Products
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, you must notify us within 4 to 5 days of delivery.
Where a return is approved, we may:
·replace the item;
·repair the item, where appropriate;
·refund the amount paid.

5. Change-of-Mind Returns
If you wish to return an item for reasons other than defect or incorrect supply, approval will be at our discretion and subject to the item being in unused, resaleable condition.
Original delivery charges may not be refunded for change-of-mind returns.
Return courier costs may also be for your account unless otherwise agreed.

6. Refund Process
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Please allow a reasonable processing period for funds to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Exchanges
Where possible, we may offer an exchange for:
·a different size;
·a replacement item;
·an equivalent alternative product.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

8. Special Orders
Special-order or request-a-product items may require upfront payment and may not be eligible for return unless faulty, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise required by law.
